  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for claims regarding:

    • Wrong products

    • Damaged products

    • Missing items

  • Complaints without an unedited parcel opening video may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

Return Period

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return request.

Return Process

  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely in their original condition.

  4. Ship the product using a traceable courier service.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your request.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return request for the original product.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process
